Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali, 61, holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Malaya. He was the Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia until his retirement in 2001. He is a also the Chairman of Malaysia Building Society Bhd, Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad and Malakoff Berhad, Phileo Allied Berhad, Esso Malaysia Berhad and Minotiry Shareholders Watchdog Body Limited. He brings with him more than 30 years of extensive know-how and achievements.

Dato' Mohamad Salim Fateh Din sits on all the boards of companies under Gapurna Group. A visionary with foresight and business acumen, Dato' Salim grew the Group from strength to strength through diversified but complementary vehicles with a total annual turnover of more than RM100 million. Dato' Salim is an Honorary Investment Counsellor for the Board of Investment of the Government of Pakistan. Dato' Salim also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Yayasan Pendidikan Cheras and the Yayasan Amal Wangsa as well as a member of the Board of National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS). Dato' Salim is the Treasurer of the Kuala Lumpur Football Association.

Datin Yasmin Mohamed Ashraff sits on all the boards of companies under Gapurna Group and is actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision making of the Group. In partnership with Dato' Salim, Datin Yasmin ensures that the Group is run efficiently and grows organically to what Gapurna is today still with a two digit annual growth rate. Constantly on her toes to ensure apt and efficient delivery of products and satisfactory services to clients, Datin Yasmin has created a Group culture which is focused on client satisfaction. Caring at heart and always extending help to those in need, Datin Yasmin leads many of the Group's corporate social responsibility projects.

Imran is a graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Deakin University Australia in Masters of Commerce.

Imran began his career in the construction and land development industries where he gained extensive experience in building project management and finance. Almost simultaneously, Imran was one of the drivers in the business planning of an IT solution based company providing him exposure in IT technical skills and client management skills.

Imran was the original founder of GTC Global, Gapurna's IT arm. Being hands on especially in the infant stages of the Company, he has been instrumental in the rapid development of GTC Global. Imran oversees many aspects of Gapurna's business from property investment, development and construction. A young visionary, Imran is poised to lead Gapurna to the next level of innovative property developments and business diversification.
